-->The Paddle Start Award in Stand Up Paddleboarding is an introduction course and includes how to carry the board and paddle, balencing, paddling technique, different types of manouvres, how to fall in safely and how to self recue. We will play lots of games to help you build up your confidence on the board.
There is an exterely high chance of you falling in therefore we can supply you a wetsuit unless you prefer to being your own.
Because of the time of year, this course is suited to people aged 13 and over.
