-->The Paddle Start Award in Kayak is a introduction with participants learning to paddle forwards and backwards and side to side. You will be taught how to use the correct safety equipment, how to correctly carry the kayak and paddle and how to safely launch and recover the kayak at the end of the session. This is a 16 plus course for adults who prefer older company.
