-->In association with Henley Dragon Boating Club we are able to offer an opportiunity for CST PSIs to obtain the Basic Helm Level 1 qualification.
The Basic Helm Level 1 operates at the Foundation level of the sport and is the basic personal skills award that is the pre-requisite for anyone wishing to hold the Advanced Helm Award or any of the Coaching Awards. It is for those wishing to either develop their helming skills or become involved in coaching the sport of Dragon Boat Racing.
For the award to be current the helm/coach must be a current member of the BDA, we will advise you how to obtain membership in the joining instructions that will be priovided on the 21st of March giving you ample time to prepare for the course.
Prerequisites
Candidates need to hold a PSI qualification and have an indate first aid certificate.
